奏請漢軍八旗奏摺綠頭牌均以滿字書寫期可效學滿洲語文滿洲習俗(附件：諭旨一道八十此奏無庸議baši i ere wesimbuhe be gisurehekū)

我是正紅旗漢軍副都統奴才巴什，恭恭敬敬上奏，想把我瞭解到的一點情況說出來，請皇上您明鑑。 奴才巴什我私下琢磨，皇上您一再下旨讓漢軍旗的人學習滿語，這專門是爲了讓漢軍旗的人學到滿洲的規矩，能照着滿洲的樣子辦事，這纔是根本用意。以前八旗漢軍不管上什麼奏摺，封面都用滿文寫。後來奏摺封面全改成用漢字寫了。我巴什傻乎乎地覺得，如今要是八旗漢軍的奏摺封面仍然一律用漢字，那時間一長，漢軍旗的人慢慢地學滿語滿文就少了，再想讓他們學到滿洲規矩、照着滿洲的樣子做，也就難了。 所以請求把八旗漢軍所有奏摺的封面，照老規矩還用滿文書寫。這麼一來，漢軍旗的人各自都能紮紮實實地學滿語、學滿洲規矩，既能學到手又能照着做，而且八旗上奏辦事的體例也能統一一致。爲了這個事，我恭謹上奏，這事可行不可行，請皇上您明察。乾隆十三年十一月十四日，巴什上的這道摺子，未被議及。

正紅旗漢軍都統副將奴才八十謹奏：為略陳所知恭進仰祈聖鑒事。竊奴才八十伏思，聖主屢頒諭旨，特命漢軍八旗人等學習清語，此誠欲使漢軍八旗人等習熟滿洲禮儀之至意。先前八旗漢軍凡進呈檔子，甲喇（甲喇章京？欄目）之首皆書清字。後則進呈檔子甲喇之首，俱改書漢字。奴才八十愚見，現今若八旗漢軍凡進呈檔冊，甲喇之首仍書漢字，年久之後，漢軍八旗人等雖漸習清語清文，終屬有限，而於學習仿效滿洲禮儀，則不能及。伏乞將八旗漢軍凡進呈檔冊，甲喇之首，仍照舊例書寫清字。如此，則漢軍八旗人等，各得習熟清語及滿洲禮儀，而八旗進呈事務亦歸劃一。為此恭奏。應否施行之處，仰祈聖主睿鑒。乾隆十三年十一月十四日，八十未將此奏陳明。

A respectful memorial. The Vice Commander-in-Chief of the Hanjun Plain Red Banner, Your Slave Baši, respectfully submits this memorial in order to respectfully present a small matter of which he is aware, humbly requesting the Imperial insight. Your Slave Baši prostrates himself and reflects: The Sacred Lord has repeatedly issued edicts specifically commanding the personnel of the Hanjun Eight Banners to study the Manchu language. This is the ultimate expression of the intention to have the personnel of the Hanjun Eight Banners study and emulate the Manchu Way. Previously, in all submitted dangse of the eight Hanjun banners, Manchu script was written at the head of each jalan. Subsequently, at the head of each jalan in submitted dangse, Chinese script has all been written. In the foolish opinion of Your Slave Baši, if now, at the head of each jalan in all submitted dangse of the eight Hanjun banners, Chinese script continues to be written, then as the years grow long, although the personnel of the Hanjun Eight Banners will gradually learn the Manchu language and Manchu script, it will only reach a limited extent, and they will not reach the point of studying and emulating the Manchu Way. It is requested that at the head of each jalan in all submitted dangse of the eight Hanjun banners, Manchu script be written again according to the old regulations. If this is done, the personnel of the Hanjun Eight Banners can each succeed in studying and emulating the Manchu language and the Manchu Way, and the submitted affairs of the eight banners will also become uniform. For this reason, a memorial is respectfully submitted. Whether this should be enacted or not, may the Sacred Lord insightfully scrutinize. The 13th year of Hūwaliyasun Tob, 11th month, 14th day. Baši did not discuss this memorial he submitted.
