年羹堯上奏說，之前皇上讓他查一筆西寧的巴彥錢糧賬目，但當時因爲沒拿到賬本一直沒法查。現在正好侍郎巴泰他們要去西寧清算其他軍需賬目，他就想請示皇上，能不能順手把這活交給巴泰他們一起辦了，等批准後他就通知人把賬本轉過去。
這是一份年羹堯上的奏摺。他說，去年他在京城的時候，皇上把西寧用過的一筆巴彥錢糧交給他去核查。他到西寧以後，因爲當時還沒把賬冊造好，缺少憑據，沒法查。現在聽說侍郎巴泰和梁文他們，正好因爲要覈算預備軍需的錢糧去西寧，估計這陣子賬冊應該已經做好了，所以請皇上下旨，讓巴泰他們把這件事也一併查了。批覆是按他說的辦。時間是雍正二年六月十五。
撫遠大將軍太保公四川陝西總督臣年羹堯謹奏，為請旨事。臣去年在京時，將西寧所用巴彥錢糧一事，自上交付臣查辦。臣在西寧時，因未能辦得使用巴彥錢糧之檔冊，故無查覈憑證。今侍郎巴泰、尚書梁文庫等，為清算現成軍需所用錢糧事前往西寧，因此思之，此期間檔冊亦當辦得。請將此巴彥錢糧交付侍郎巴泰等查辦。俟旨意下達後，由臣處行文侍郎噶什圖，令將檔冊交付巴泰等查辦。為此謹奏請旨。照所奏施行〔?〕部。雍正二年六月十五日
A memorial requesting an imperial edict. The Grand General Who Pacifies Distant Regions, Grand Guardian Duke, Governor-General of Sichuan and Shaanxi, Nian Gengyao, respectfully submits this. Last year when I was in the capital, the matter of the Bayan provisions used in Xining was handed down to me for investigation. While I was in Xining, because I could not obtain the registers of the Bayan provisions used, there was no proof for investigation. Now the Vice Minister Batai, the Minister Liang Wenku, and others, going to Xining to settle accounts for the provisions used in current military supplies, it is thought that the registers should have been completed in the meantime. I request that these Bayan provisions be handed over to Vice Minister Batai and others for investigation. After the imperial edict is issued, I will issue a dispatch from my office to Vice Minister Gašatu, ordering that the registers be given to Batai and others for investigation. For this reason, I respectfully submit this memorial and request an edict. Let it be carried out as requested. [ ? ] Ministry. Second year of Yongzheng, sixth month, fifteenth day
