送內閣該部交辦事項密摺

已經遵照諭旨，把送到內院、要交給相關部門的那些機要文書，包括：各衙門呈報的文件、謝恩官員的名冊、世襲官員的名冊、陣亡和病故官員的祭文底冊、經過修訂的題本冊子、各科道官員的名冊、關於西洋事務的安文思和利類思等人上的摺子、馬瑋龍上的摺子、正官陳正和之妻上的摺子、朝鮮國王以及“安南平安王”等人上的表文、送達雲南的文件、“十陵工”碑文的底冊、三個旗所有官員的品級名冊、表彰會典的摺子、各部科道呈送來的黃冊、賑濟災民的黃冊，全都移送到了內院，並且讓各自歸屬的衙門詳細覈查清楚後再具文上奏。

到內務府，將事務機密移交所屬各部院。達哈爾·林天監衙門〔?〕所上題本、叩拜官員名單、世襲官員帶去之稿案、陣亡官員之祭祀文書稿、內部辦理的 表箋 部衙門科道官員名單、指明西洋……拜安文寺、立勒佛寺、回回科之馬維龍等所上題本、實職官金正和及 勝 之妻所上題本、朝鮮國王為撫綏南方、使地方安寧之王金士·圖爾陳·士大成等所上表文、堅固王〔?〕等致雲南之文書、十靈公之碑文書稿、三旗內所有官員姓名品級、會殿推舉文書、部科衙門經幾道〔?〕題奏之黃冊、救濟饑民賑卹之黃冊，俱送交內務府，交付各該管部院，奉旨如此。將此交付內務府，由各該管部院逐一查明，具奏呈覽。

Going to the Imperial Household Department, the confidential matters of the affairs were to be delivered to the respective boards. The memorial submitted by the Dahar Lin Tianjian Yamun〔?〕, the list of obeisant officials, the document drafts brought by hereditary officials, the sacrificial document drafts for officials fallen in battle, the list of officials of the Biyoociyan (Memorials) Department Yamun and the Censorate, the memorial submitted concerning Zhiming Xiyang〔?〕… the Bai’an Wensi, Lilefosi, and Ma Weilong of the Huihui Section, the memorial submitted by the substantive official Jin Zhenghe and the wife of Sheng, the memorial (Biyoo) submitted by the King of Joseon regarding the Pacifying-South Pacification King Jin Shi Turcen Shi Dacheng, the letter from Akdun Wang〔?〕 and others arrived in Yunnan, the stele document draft of the Shiling Gong, the names and ranks of all officials in the Three Banners, the recommendation document for the Huidian, the yellow registers submitted by the Boards, Censorate, and Jingji Dao〔?〕, and the yellow registers of famine relief — all were to be sent to the Imperial Household Department and delivered to the respective responsible boards, as per imperial decree. This is to be handed over to the Imperial Household Department, and let the respective boards investigate clearly and submit for review.
