Yongzheng-era memorial
阿哈尼堪等人上奏說，他們接到皇上命令，要求把內務府留存的舊奏摺檔案全部詳細檢查，缺少的部分都要補報。他們照辦後，已經把查出的舊事檔案都重新題報了，現在把相關的目錄清單和需要各部門再核實的事項一起呈報給皇上，等批示後再轉交各處去清查。
奴才訥親等跪奏。本月十五日，太監王倉貴他們把一盤子折件和一份直隸那邊的諭旨拿了出來，傳達了皇上的旨意。在這些諭旨裏頭，除了已經燒掉的事之外，剩下的檔冊裏，只要是沒有被任何一份諭旨提到過的，我們都逐一查清楚，附在摺子裏上報了。這些諭旨裏原來存放在內務府和領侍衛內大臣衙門保管的諭旨檔案，我們也全部交給各個相關部門，讓他們仔細查對，一一拿出來呈報過了。奴才等遵照命令，把摺子裏的諭旨檔案從頭到尾細細看了一遍，發現全都是些陳年舊事。所以這些諭旨檔案都已經收好歸了檔。另外，那些一束一束的諭旨裏頭寫明留存在內務府和領侍衛內大臣衙門存檔的事情數目，還有一些根本就沒在諭旨裏記載的事，我們都把具體情況一一列清楚，一併附上奏報了。等皇上您看完了發出來，奴才等遵照您的旨意，把這些都交給各該管地方，讓他們查明白、辦清楚，再來回奏。爲此，奴才等先把這些情況奏報給皇上聽。
阿哈尼堪等謹奏：本月十五日，太監王倉貴等將一份折檔、一份奏摺取出，傳旨降諭。諭曰：此詔書奏摺內除焚燬事件外，此等檔冊內凡奏摺內所無者，核閱後俱令具題上奏。此奏摺內由內務府大臣衙門收存之折檔，俱交各該處，逐一詳查具奏。欽此。奴才等謹遵，將詔內之折檔盡數詳細查閱，皆屬舊事，是以折檔均已具疏題呈。再，奏摺內開寫留存於內務府大臣衙門交存事務之細數；又奏摺內已記注而無之事、奏摺外所存事宜之細數，均一併按例繕寫於折，一併奏呈。皇上閱畢發下後，遵旨俱交各該處查清事項，查覈奏呈。為此謹奏。
Your slaves Aha Nekin and others respectfully memorialize. On the fifteenth of this month, the eunuchs Wang Canggui and others brought forth a set of archives and a memorial, and transmitted an imperial decree, stating: “Apart from the burned items within this memorial of edicts and memorials, if there be anything in these registers and archives that is not contained in the memorial, examine and identify it and order all to be reported in a substantive memorial. The folded archives kept in the offices of the Imperial Household Department grand ministers, which are within this memorial, are to be delivered to the respective offices and thoroughly checked and memorialized. Respect this.” We, your slaves, in obedience exhaustively and carefully examined the folded archives within the edict, and found them to be all old matters. Hence, all the folded archives have been submitted through substantive memorials. Furthermore, the memorial records in detail the number of business items deposited and retained in the offices of the Imperial Household Department grand ministers; moreover, matters that are noted in the memorial but missing, as well as the detailed numbers of business items that exist outside the memorial, have all been written together and submitted in a single memorial according to precedent. After His Majesty has read and issued it, in accordance with the decree, we will deliver them to the respective offices for clarification and inspection, and then memorialize with the findings. For this we respectfully submit this memorial.
