Yongzheng-era memorial

多羅貝勒、臣滿都護恭敬上奏，是爲了參劾人的事。雍正二年十一月二十一那天，臣親自去巡視關押閒散宗室海山的地方，查到鑲藍旗滿洲署理官手上的值班單子，上面漢軍旗的委用官馬和圖等人該當班的時候卻沒人來，崗位空着。臣請把這些官員交給主管部院查辦議處。爲此恭謹上奏，請皇上批示。雍正二年十一月二十三。

奏為參奏事。雍正二年十一月二十一日，臣巡查閒散宗室海山圈禁之處，查得鑲藍旗滿洲委署官名單內之漢軍旗委用官馬、和、圖等，未到班次，竟行曠誤。請將此等人交該部查辦議處。為此謹奏請旨。雍正二年十一月二十三日。

A memorial on impeachment. On the 21st day of the 11th month of the second year of Yongzheng, when I personally inspected the place of confinement of the idle imperial clansman Haišan, I found that the list of acting officials of the Bordered Blue Manchu Banner included Ma, He, Tu, and others—officials on assignment of the Hanjun Banner—who had not come to their shift and had left it vacant. We request that these persons be handed over to the pertinent ministry for investigation and deliberation. Respectfully submitted for the imperial order. 23rd day of the 11th month, second year of Yongzheng.
